Privacy

wrcall is built so we can’t listen.
Here is everything, in plain words.

We can’t hear your calls.Your voice is locked on your phone and only opens on theirs.
We can’t know who you are.No account, no phone number, no name.
We can’t show your history. There is none. A call leaves no record.

What we see, for a moment

To connect two phones, our server needs a little. This is all of it.

WhatWhyHow long
That a call is happeningTo connect the two phonesDeleted when you press End, or 15 minutes after you both leave
Your internet addressTo find a path between the phonesUsed while connecting. We keep only the country, never the address
A random seat codeSo you can come back if the signal dropsDeleted with the call

What we count

We count calls and minutes. We never know who you are or what you say.

Each day we add up how many calls there were, how long they lasted, the country, app or browser, phone or computer, and how well they connected.

Your device keeps a random number, so we can tell new people from people who come back. It is not tied to you. We never keep names, phone numbers, emails, internet addresses, call links or anything said.

What stays on your phone

The last 2 minutes of your own voice, in memory, for Catch up. It is sent only if you choose, and it is gone when the call ends.

A small key so you can rejoin an open call. It is removed when the call ends.

What we never do

No ads, no tracking, no cookies, and we never sell anything about you. Nothing from other companies runs inside wrcall.

Who helps run it

wrcall runs on Cloudflare’s network. Cloudflare carries the connection and, when a direct path is blocked, passes the audio along. It stays locked the whole way. Cloudflare handles internet addresses under its own privacy policy.
